Health & Wellness: Training Acronyms - Explained

Welcome back #fitfam, today we’re continuing this pivot on our journey into our ‘better’ series as we reset ourselves heading into summer! Entry #4 is the final article in our series as we pull all of the puzzle pieces together and paint the picture of health.

‘How to Train Better’ is my personal approach to combining the mental wellness, dietary changes, and overall outlook on life to improve health and live longer and stronger. After changing your mindset, the subsequent actions become easy because you believe that every task is building to something better with you as the beneficiary. As you begin to live better, by choice, you’ll find that you want to expand your mind and broaden your horizons. The cool part about this step in the process is that as you expand your horizons, you find new recipes and healthy alternatives to mix in variety to your diet.

The combination of the previous three steps allows you to have the physical health and mental motivation to train better than you ever have before. I’m a firm believer that you must be mentally locked in to produce the best workout results. However, working out better is about structure and consistency (something made better by believing in the plan). Write down your goals and put the dates on the calendar then stick to them and become the best version of you!

My wish is that my advance will inspire and drive you to the next level, please enjoy these tips!
