Welcome back #fitfam! Over the last several months, I have had the pleasure of sharing my knowledge, experience, and opinions with you all about health & wellness. My hope is that the weekly offerings I have shared have been informative and somehow helped each reader feel more comfortable in their personal journey. I can remember when I first decided to take fitness seriously and the biggest issue that I had was finding information that applied to me. The unfortunate truth is that searching for information is a two-part process: knowing what to search for and identifying fact vs opinion. As I sought tips for lifting weights and dietary advice, I found that my biggest issue was that I lacked a plan when I started. When I decided to make the commitment to become a personal trainer, I recognized the gap in coverage and knew it was my duty to guide as many people as possible on their journey, even if they chose not to hire me to train them.

Today I’d like to offer a bridge to all of our readers to connect for a one-on-one consultation to discuss your personal goals for health & wellness and help create a customized plan of action – for FREE. The consultation last approximately 20 minutes and we will discuss your current level of fitness and where you would like to be. In addition to a complimentary consultation and guide, I am also inviting all of our readers join me for a virtual training experience on October 22nd, 2022. This virtual, no-equipment-needed session will last approximately 30 minutes via Zoom! My goal is to introduce the uninitiated to the value and benefits of not only virtual training but also the Total Camo Fitness way overall.
