Welcome back #fitfam! Today is a bittersweet day for me…after much consideration, I’m resigning from the blog. There is no elicit behind the scenes things going on, Twila and I are like brother and sister, lol. We fight and argue like blood-borne siblings all the time and its all love. My decision to leave the blog is much more personal than that.

Over the last year, my life has been a whirlwind of ups and downs, highs and lows and quite a bit of spiritual awakening. You have noticed a tone shift in some of my articles and it all reflects the psychological journey that was going on to get to this moment. I am pursuing a path of ministry and I am walking away from fitness to focus on my relationship with God. Now I don’t know if I’ll be done with fitness permanently, but I do know that I need to be obedient to my calling and create time to dig deeper into my faith.

Having been raised in a faith-based family, honouring your calling was viewed like completing high school or taking your first steps. We walked in faith and have been form believers for my entire life. Much like fitness, I’ve taken this very seriously and I don’t do anything halfway. So with a cheerful heart, my mission is to serve God, people, and my community with full energy and vigor.

I’ll be continuing to reply to the previous blogs until June when I officially close the fitness business down, so in the meantime, feel free to comment and reply.

My hope is that my advice will inspire and drive you to the next level, please enjoy these tips!

1 – Long stretch fitness band – Approx. $6

Lastly, I have training programs as low as $75/month that will supplement and guide you to your goals.
