Welcome back #fitfam! We’re going to close of the home stretch of our summer time fine mission with a banger of an upper body circuit. This group of exercises will challenge your upper body by recruiting many of the upper chest and shoulder fibers in multiple lifts. The goal is to develop functional strength from shoulder to shoulder which will help with everyday lifting such placing heavy items on a top shelf and even holding items above your head for extended periods of time (think about mounting a TV or shelf on the wall). In addition to utilizing an developing upper body muscles, you will also engage your core muscles and find benefits in corrected posture and a more confident and powerful stride. In short, you’ll be one step closer to “bad@ss” who’s been dying to get out for years!

Chest Press w/ twist 3*12

Diamond Press 3*12

Push-ups *30

Standing:

Curl 2 Press *20 + Jacks (1 min)

Tricep Ext 2 Kickback *20 + 4 Jabs & 2 Kicks (1 min)

Lateral Raise *20 + High Knee Pull Downs (1 min)

Standing:

Alternating Shoulder Press *30

Reverse Fly *30

Arnold Press *30

Push-ups *30
